Terms and Conditions
- Under the terms of this Agreement the Customer authorises and
appoints Mirek-Lotto.Com to act as its agent in the payments corresponding
to the purchase of entries by the Customer and, subsequently, upon receipt
of the monies.

Mirek-Lotto will deduct an administrative fee of 5% from any winnings.
- SMS entries will only be honoured if the member has
entered their mobile phone details and have enough cleared funds in their
account.
- Mirek-Lotto.Com cannot be held
liable for any lost or delayed transactions caused by the failure of the UK
Lottery computer or for any other computer or communications fault that may
occur in the transaction of this business.
- Mirek-Lotto.Com cannot be held
liable for any late notification of entries for a particular draw. It is the
responsibility of the Customer to ensure that their orders are placed in
time for a draw and that they are aware of the cut-off times for the draws.
All cut off times are clearly displayed on the site.
- Customers will receive a confirmation to acknowledge
the purchase of a ticket.
- Customers who wish to amend or cancel their purchased ticket are
required to contact the Mirek-Lotto.Com before 1AM GMT time on the day of
the draw.
- Mirek-Lotto.Com shall act on your behalf in collection of prize monies. These monies shall be paid to
you less the 5% administration fee
within 28 days of receipt from Camelot Limited.
- A Customer may not purchase tickets or claim prize monies if the
Customer is under the age of 18. Please note that Internet gambling may not be legal in some jurisdictions and/or impose the legal age to gamble to be 18. Customers acknowledge that it is their responsibility to understand laws in their jurisdiction that may prohibit Internet gambling.
- The ticket is purchased on behalf of the Customer subject to the
rules for on line games and the UK Lottery game procedures.
- Mirek-Lotto.Com is neither
associated with The National Lottery nor endorsed by Camelot Plc or the
National Lottery Commission.
- All international payments issued by Mirek-Lotto.Com shall be
calculated in accordance with the exchange rate for GB Pound Sterling as determined by
the Bank of Scotland on the day
on which the payment is made in favour of the payee.
- We recommend that customers should print out transaction data, rules
of the game and payment methods and keep them in an easily accessible place. Results for all draws can be found at
